OUR PRODUCTS

 We provide clothing including Nightshirt, Kimono and Pyjamas.

The pictures of our products (and packaging) on our website are for illustrative purposes only. We work to ensure that colours are displayed accurately but we can’t guarantee that a device’s display of the colours exactly reflects those of our products.

 

PLACING AN ORDER

Orders are placed solely through our website. Once you’ve added the product(s) you’d like to your basket, you’ll go through our checkout procedure where you’ll need to enter your contact details, delivery and billing information. Please check your details (e.g. the product(s), size(s) and delivery address) before clicking the “place order” button.

LJ Signature has the right to end a contract for a product at any time by writing to you. If a contract for a product is ended by us we will refund any money you have paid to us for products we have not provided.

 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

 You can return any item within 14 days of receipt, provided the products are returned complete, in the exact condition it was received, unused, unwashedall labels and tags intact and within its original packaging. Please do not bring the items into contact with your make up, oils, perfume/deodorant’s or creams. Please also make sure that all bottoms are tried on over your own underwear.  In the interests of strict hygiene rules we may refuse returns where it’s obvious that an item has been worn. 

Returns should be received by us and processed within 14 days; holidays and events permitting. When processed you will receive a return confirmation email from us. 

 *Please note: Due to Covid 19 orders may take longer than usual to arrive 

CHRISTMAS RETURNS – We have extended our Christmas 2020 returns policy which means that you are able to return your items purchased up to the 24 December 2020 until 29 January 2021. 

Refunds – At LJ Signature we are happy to issue a refund which will go to the original payment method used when you made your purchase. 

Please always obtain a proof of postage when sending any returns back to us. If you do not do this it may result in you not receiving your refund if it gets lost in the post. 

Exchanges – We do not offer exchanges. If you require a different size or style please send the original item back for a full refund and place a new order for the item in the size and style required. 

 

THIRD PARTY PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

Our payment gateways are provided by Stripe and Paypal. We do not store any payment or debit/credit card details on our website.

We use Royal Mail click and drop as our delivery service. Postal prices have been set and you will be notified this when you reach our checkout page. We are not responsible for delays outside of our control fore example courier delays or bad weather.
